Steering Wheel Control Interface (SWC)
The Aerpro CHMB9C Steering Wheel Control Interface (SWC) allows you to retain use of the OEM steering wheel control buttons, OEM amplifier, AUX input, USB input, and full 360-degree camera functionality when installing an aftermarket head unit into your vehicle. Engineered to suit various Mitsubishi vehicles with OEM amplified systems and 360-degree cameras, the steering wheel control interface includes a harness that is fitted with a vehicle-specific plug designed to connect directly to the existing wiring in the vehicle with ease.

Installation of the aftermarket head unit is simplified even further when paired with the optional Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness & SWC Patch Lead, which connects between the aftermarket head unit and the Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface. This interface is CANBUS compatible and provides various outputs including reverse, park brake, and speed pulse.

Please Note:

• Steering Wheel Control Interfaces vary between models, to find the correct part for your vehicle use the Aerpro Vehicle Selector.
• A Steering Wheel Control Patch Lead is required to be used in conjunction with this part to enable Steering Wheel Controls to function (Sold Separately).
• The aftermarket head unit must be SWC compatible and Steering Wheel Control Functions may vary from the OEM Functions.
• Retains OEM AUX and USB Input (if equipped), when connected to compatible aftermarket units with rear USB and AUX inputs.
• Retains the OEM 360-Degree Reverse Camera (if fitted to the vehicle) and enables it to display on compatible aftermarket AV head units (With an RCA camera input).
• For amplified vehicles, does not support the attenuator or fade controls.
