The Aerpro CBA4S1 4.5dBi 477MHz 670mm Black Stainless Steel UHF Antenna Whip is compatible with Aerpro Elevated Feed UHF Antennas and other major brands of antennas and mounting bases with 5/16" thread. With 4.5dBi gain, this medium gain antenna is a great all-around performing antenna. The elliptical radiation pattern is more rounded compared to a high-gain antenna and radiates further compared to a low-gain antenna, making it ideal for medium-range communication in various environments such as suburban landscapes, towns, and low-density woodlands.

The 670mm antenna whip features a flexible black-coated stainless steel single coil mast which is fitted with a 5/16" thread for easy removal. This antenna whip is ground-dependent, so it is recommended to be mounted on an elevated feed base or ground plane for maximum performance. The CBA4S1 is a good all-purpose town and country antenna whip.
