Standard Shipping

  • Frankies offers a $15.95 flat rate for Australia-wide shipping, no matter how many items you order. Some larger or heavier items may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated to you when your order is processed.
  • While we endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly, please be advised that due to the current national fuel shortages in Australia and the resulting pressure on logistics networks, order processing and dispatch may take up to 7 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party freight carriers or fuel-related logistical disruptions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes may be extended beyond our standard estimates during this period.

Make Use of Your Factory Steering Wheel Controls

The Aerpro APUIR Universal IR Adaptor enables control of an aftermarket IR-Equipped Head unit from OEM steering wheel controls. With up to 10 commands available to be programmed from a remote control handset, data is stored in flash memory to ensure no data loss when power is turned off.

The adaptor is compatible with most IR remote control systems operating between 36-40 kHz, excluding Sony HiR models.

Unit enables control of an aftermarket Head unit (with IR control) from the steering wheel controls of an analog vehicle, allowing up to 10 buttons to be programmed. Once the IR commands are learnt, the data will be stored in flash memory to ensure retention when power is removed.

The Head unit must have a remote control handset for the IR Adaptor to learn from.

Compatible with most IR remote control systems operating between 36-40 kHz. Not suitable for Sony HiR models.
