The factory stereo in a PX Ranger has aged badly. Small screen, no Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, and without a camera, reversing a big ute is guesswork. The AMTCFO2 fixes all three with a 12.3 inch widescreen, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, and a reverse camera in one box. Aerpro makes the kit to suit the PX, so the facia, steering wheel control harness and antenna adaptor are included. No hunting for parts.

Air vents: Aerpro says the wide screen may partly cover the vents beside it. Prefer them clear? The 9 inch AMDFO2 suits the same PX.

Top display: A blanking plate is included if you do not need it. Aerpro's tip: switch the car on and turn the factory radio off by hand before removing it, so the top display does not flash later. Factory 5 inch screen? Ask us first.

Yes, if it is a PX built January 2012 to December 2015. Check the date on your compliance plate, as Aerpro lists this kit for the PX, not the PX MkII.

Does the AMTCFO2 have wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and a reverse camera?

Yes. CarPlay and Android Auto run wireless or wired, and a 720P AHD rear camera with a 150 degree lens is in the kit.

Will I keep my steering wheel controls?
