The Aerpro AMDVW5 is the Infodaptor-equipped companion to the AMDVW4, covering the same MIB-PQ generation Volkswagen models with a more comprehensive factory feature retention package. Where the AMDVW4 retains SWC only, the AMDVW5 additionally retains the factory amplified audio system, parking tones, and vehicle menu all via the included Infodaptor Interface Harness. The trade-off is low resolution output from the Infodaptor, as this integration uses the head unit's rear camera input to carry vehicle system data.
