The Aerpro AMDTO6 is a complete head unit upgrade kit for the Toyota Kluger (2007–2013) in non-amplified specification. It replaces the factory head unit with a 10" capacitive touchscreen at 1024x600 resolution via the AM1005D multimedia receiver, adding wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in DAB+ digital radio, and Bluetooth V5 while retaining factory steering wheel controls and the factory reverse camera where equipped.

This kit is the non-navigation counterpart to the AMDTO45 (Kluger Grande with factory nav), sharing the same physical kit contents including a replacement hazard switch and a facia with cosmetic side dials. As with the AMDTO45, the hazard switch is required because the factory head unit panel in the 2007–2013 Kluger integrates the hazard warning light switch; the cosmetic side dials on the facia are decorative only and have no functional purpose.

Why is a hazard switch included?

In the 2007–2013 Toyota Kluger, the hazard warning light switch is integrated into the factory head unit panel rather than mounted separately on the dash. Removing the factory head unit removes the switch with it. The AMDTO6 includes a replacement standalone hazard switch that installs into the new facia to restore this function.
