The Aerpro AMDTO44 is a complete head unit upgrade kit for the Toyota Camry (2012 to 2017). Includes the AM1005D 10-inch multimedia receiver, matte black and silver fascia kit, steering wheel control interface harness, antenna adaptor, camera retention adaptor, USB retention adaptor, and a 720P AHD universal rear camera. Retains factory steering wheel controls (including phone button), factory reverse camera (if equipped), factory USB input (if equipped), and factory AUX input (if equipped). Factory amplifier is not retained.

Product overview

The AMDTO44 delivers a complete upgrade for the Toyota Camry (2012 to 2017) with all installation hardware in the box. The AM1005D receiver features a 10-inch 1024x600 capacitive touchscreen in a fixed trapezoid-style format. Wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both supported. DAB+ digital radio is built in alongside AM/FM with RDS. Bluetooth 5.0 provides hands-free calling with HD Voice (HFP 1.6) and A2DP audio streaming, with internal and external microphone options.

Audio output is 4 x 50W peak into 4 ohms, with a 4V 5-channel RCA preamp output (front/rear/subwoofer), 13-band graphic EQ with 6+2 custom presets, time alignment, subwoofer level control, and LPF. Two rear USB ports support CarPlay/Android Auto with charging (USB1) and media playback (USB2), with FAT32 support up to 32GB. A rear A/V RCA input, composite video output (two), reverse camera input (720P AHD compatible), and second camera input (720P AHD compatible) are included.

Reverse camera retention uses the reverse camera input of the head unit. USB input retention uses the rear USB input of the head unit. AUX input retention uses the RCA AUX input on the rear of the head unit.

The 720P AHD universal rear camera is a surface-mount unit with a Sony 225 1/3 CMOS sensor and a 150-degree lens angle.
