Product Overview

The Aerpro AMDTO22 is a vehicle-specific complete head unit upgrade kit for Toyota Prado GXL (2017-2020) with factory steering wheel controls. This kit does not suit JBL amplified models. The included AM1005D multimedia receiver features a 10" capacitive touchscreen at 1024 x 600 resolution, wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth V5 with HD Voice (HFP 1.6), built-in DAB+ digital radio, AM/FM with RDS, 50W x 4 maximum output, 5-channel 4V RCA preouts, 13-band graphic EQ, time alignment, and subwoofer level control. A 720P AHD universal rear camera is included.

Vehicle feature retention covers steering wheel controls, factory reverse camera (if equipped, excluding 360-camera variants), USB input (if equipped), AUX input (if equipped), parking tones, and non-JBL factory amplifier. Camera retention adaptor (non-360) and USB retention adaptor are included. Note: Toyota Connect features such as calendar and trip information that appear on the factory screen are not retained after installation.

Complete Head Unit Upgrade Kit - All Installation Parts Included: The AMDTO22 includes the AM1005D multimedia receiver, gloss black and silver fascia kit, SWC interface harness, SWC patch lead, antenna adaptor, camera retention adaptor (non-360), USB retention adaptor, and 720P AHD universal rear camera.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: Access maps, music, calls, and messages via the touchscreen without plugging in the phone. Wired connection is also supported for simultaneous charging.

Built-In DAB+ Digital Radio: Crystal-clear digital radio with a wider range of stations, plus AM/FM tuning with RDS. DAB antenna included.

Bluetooth V5 with HD Voice - Hands-Free Calling and Audio Streaming: Bluetooth V5 supports A2DP, AVRCP, HFP 1.6 (HD Voice), and PBAP for hands-free calling, wireless audio streaming, and phonebook access. Both internal and external microphones are included.

10" Capacitive Touchscreen - 1024x600 Resolution: Smooth, responsive touch control for navigation, media, and settings.

50W x 4 Maximum Output with 5-Channel 4V RCA Preouts: 50W x 4 maximum output with 5-channel 4V RCA preouts for connection of aftermarket amplifiers.

13-Band Graphic EQ with Time Alignment and Subwoofer Control: 13-band graphic EQ from 32Hz to 16kHz with 6 preset EQ modes plus 2 custom presets, time alignment, and subwoofer LPF control.

720P AHD Universal Rear Camera Included: Sony 225 1/3 CMOS 720P AHD surface mount camera with 150-degree lens angle included. A second camera input is available for a front or towing camera (not included).

Steering Wheel Control, Parking Tones, and Non-JBL Factory Amplifier Retention: SWC interface harness retains factory steering wheel controls. Parking tones and non-JBL factory amplifier are also retained. Does not suit JBL amplified Prado models.

Factory Reverse Camera, USB, and AUX Input Retention: Camera retention adaptor (non-360) and USB retention adaptor included. Reverse camera, USB, and AUX retention are all model dependent and where equipped.

Note - Toyota Connect Features Not Retained: Toyota Connect features including calendar and trip information that appear on the factory screen are not retained after installation of the AMDTO22.
