The Aerpro AMDTO16 is a complete head unit upgrade kit engineered specifically for the Toyota RAV4 (2006–2011) in non-amplified variants. It pairs the AM905D 9" multimedia receiver with a matching black facia kit, steering wheel control interface harness, SWC patch lead, and a 720P AHD universal rear camera everything needed for a clean, complete installation in one box.

The AM905D features a 9" capacitive touchscreen at 1024x600 resolution running Linux OS, wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in DAB+ digital radio, Bluetooth V5 with HD Voice, dual rear USB inputs, and 4 x 50W max power output. A 5-channel 4V RCA preout, 13-band graphic EQ, and time alignment capability give installers full flexibility to integrate external amplifiers and tune the system. Six-colour button illumination allows the display to match the vehicle's interior aesthetic.

Does wireless CarPlay and Android Auto require any special setup?

Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connect over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The park brake wire must be connected to the park brake for CarPlay and Android Auto to function. Initial pairing is required on first use.

Is a rear camera included?

Yes. A 720P AHD universal rear camera with a 150-degree lens angle and Sony CMOS sensor is included in the kit. The head unit also has a second camera input for a front or towing camera, sold separately.

Can I add an external amplifier to this system?

Yes. The AM905D features 5-channel 4V RCA preouts (front, rear, subwoofer) for connecting external amplifiers. The onboard 4 x 50W max output is sufficient for most factory speaker setups without an external amp.
