The Aerpro AMDTO1 is a complete head unit upgrade kit engineered specifically for the Toyota Camry and Aurion (2006–2011) in non-amplified variants. It pairs the AM905D 9" multimedia receiver with a matching silver facia kit, steering wheel control interface harness, SWC patch lead, and a 720P AHD universal rear camera everything needed for a clean, complete installation in one box.

The AM905D features a 9" capacitive touchscreen at 1024x600 resolution running Linux OS, wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in DAB+ digital radio, Bluetooth V5 with HD Voice, dual rear USB inputs, and 4 x 50W max power output. A 5-channel 4V RCA preout, 13-band graphic EQ, and time alignment capability give installers full flexibility to integrate external amplifiers and tune the system. Six-colour button illumination allows the display to match the vehicle's interior aesthetic.

Does this kit suit the amplified version of the Toyota Camry or Aurion?

No. The AMDTO1 is designed for non-amplified Toyota Camry/Aurion (2006–2011) variants only. Using it in an amplified vehicle will result in poor audio performance. Use the Aerpro What Fits Your Car Guide to find the correct kit for your specific variant.

Can I retain my factory reverse camera?

Factory reverse camera retention is not included in this kit. The APVTY17 retention harness is required and sold separately. The head unit itself is compatible with a 720P AHD camera input, and a universal 720P AHD rear camera is included in the kit.

Does wireless CarPlay and Android Auto require any special setup?

Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto connect over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The park brake wire must be connected to the park brake for CarPlay and Android Auto to function. Initial pairing is required on first use.

Can I add an external amplifier to this system?

Yes. The AM905D features 5-channel 4V RCA preouts (front, rear, subwoofer) for connecting external amplifiers. The onboard 4 x 50W max output is sufficient for most factory speaker setups without an external amp.

What steering wheel control retention is included?

A steering wheel control interface harness and SWC patch lead are included in the kit, retaining factory SWC functions when paired with compatible Aerpro SWC adaptors.
