Product Overview

The Aerpro AMDSZ1 is a complete head unit upgrade kit specifically designed for the Suzuki Swift (2005–2010). This kit uses the AM1005D 10" multimedia receiver a larger screen than the 9" kits used for the later Swift variants (AMDSZ4 for 2011–2017 and AMDSZ6 for 2017-on). Everything required for installation is included the AM1005D multimedia receiver, matte black fascia kit, steering wheel control interface harness, SWC patch lead, and a 720P AHD universal rear camera. Steering wheel controls are retained.

The AM1005D features a 10" capacitive touchscreen (1024x600), wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in DAB+ digital radio, Bluetooth 5, and 4x50W output with 13-band EQ and 4V/5CH RCA preouts.

Important: The park brake wire must be connected to the park brake for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to function. No factory USB, AUX, or reverse camera retention is supported by this kit.

The AMDSZ1 uses the AM1005D 10" receiver while the later AMDSZ4 and AMDSZ6 use the 9" AM905D this is a function of the fascia and dash opening specific to each model year rather than a deliberate downgrade. The 10" AM1005D offers a larger display for the older Swift.

Is a rear camera included?

Yes a 720P AHD universal rear camera is included. An additional camera input is also available for a front or tow camera.
