Product Overview

The Aerpro AMDNI12 is a complete head unit upgrade kit for the Nissan Navara D23 DX and RX variants (2015–2020). It replaces the factory head unit with a 10" capacitive touchscreen at 1024x600 resolution via the AM1005D multimedia receiver, adding wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built-in DAB+ digital radio, and Bluetooth V5 while retaining factory steering wheel controls (including the phone button) and the factory USB input.

The kit includes the AM1005D multimedia receiver, gloss black facia kit, SWC interface harness (which also integrates camera and USB retention capability), SWC patch lead, antenna adaptor, USB retention adaptor, and a 720P AHD universal rear camera. The DX and RX Navara variants do not have factory reverse cameras, so camera retention is not applicable for this kit.

No — the DX and RX are the base and mid-entry trim levels of the D23 Navara and are not factory-equipped with a reverse camera. The 720P AHD universal rear camera included in this kit adds reversing visibility from scratch.

What factory USB input is retained and how?

The factory USB port in the Navara DX/RX is retained via the included USB retention adaptor, which connects to the rear USB input on the head unit. This preserves the factory USB connection point in the cabin after the head unit swap.

Is this a 9" or 10" screen?
