Product Overview

The Aerpro AMDMB2 is a vehicle-specific complete head unit upgrade kit for Mitsubishi Triton MN GL-R, GLX, GLX-R (2009-2011) and Mitsubishi Challenger PB (2009-2011), supplied with everything required to complete the installation. This kit is compatible with non-amplified models fitted with the Mitsubishi Multi Communication System (MMCS) only. The included AM905D multimedia receiver features a 9" capacitive touchscreen at 1024 x 600 resolution, wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth V5 with HD Voice (HFP 1.6), built-in DAB+ digital radio, AM/FM with RDS, 50W x 4 maximum output, 5-channel 4V RCA preouts, 13-band graphic EQ, time alignment, and subwoofer level control. A 720P AHD universal rear camera with Sony 225 image sensor and 150-degree lens angle is included.

Vehicle feature retention covers steering wheel controls including phone button and PTT function (manually programmable), factory reverse camera (if equipped), and AUX input (if equipped). Factory USB input retention and factory amplifier retention are not supported. A camera retention adaptor is included for factory reverse camera connection. Note: the park brake wire must be connected to the park brake for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to function.

Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: Access maps, music, calls, and messages via the touchscreen without plugging in the phone. Wired connection is also supported for simultaneous charging. Note: the park brake wire must be connected to the park brake for CarPlay and Android Auto to function.

Built-In DAB+ Digital Radio: Crystal-clear digital radio with a wider range of stations, plus AM/FM tuning with RDS. DAB antenna included.

Bluetooth V5 with HD Voice - Hands-Free Calling and Audio Streaming: Bluetooth V5 supports A2DP, AVRCP, HFP 1.6 (HD Voice), and PBAP for hands-free calling, wireless audio streaming, and phonebook access. Both internal and external microphones are included.

9" Capacitive Touchscreen - 1024x600 Resolution: The 9" capacitive touchscreen at 1024 x 600 resolution provides smooth, responsive touch control for navigation, media, and settings.

50W x 4 Maximum Output with 5-Channel 4V RCA Preouts: 50W x 4 maximum output with 5-channel 4V RCA preouts (front, rear, subwoofer) for connection of aftermarket amplifiers.

13-Band Graphic EQ with Time Alignment and Subwoofer Control: 13-band graphic EQ from 32Hz to 16kHz with 6 preset EQ modes plus 2 custom presets, time alignment, and subwoofer LPF control.

720P AHD Universal Rear Camera Included: Sony 225 1/3 CMOS 720P AHD surface mount camera with 150-degree lens angle included for reversing visibility. A second camera input is available for a front or towing camera (not included).

Steering Wheel Control Retention Including Phone Button and PTT: The SWC interface harness and patch lead retain steering wheel controls including phone button. PTT function is also supported via manual programming.

Factory Reverse Camera and AUX Input Retention: Camera retention adaptor is included to retain the factory reverse camera (if equipped). AUX input is retained via the RCA AUX input on the rear of the head unit (if equipped).

6-Colour Button Illumination: Customisable key illumination in red, yellow, green, blue, purple, or white.

GPS Antenna and External Microphone Included: GPS antenna with adhesive pad and external microphone with mount are included.
