The Aerpro AKHY12 is a 9" head unit installation kit designed specifically for the Hyundai Tucson from 2017-2018 fitted with factory navigation. It is developed to suit universal trapezoid-shaped radios including the Pioneer DMH-AP6650BT, Kenwood DMX80AXS, Aerpro AM9X, and various Android head units. It will not suit standard DIN or Double DIN sized radios.

The kit includes a silver fascia kit, a steering wheel control interface harness, a SWC patch lead, an antenna adaptor, a camera retention adaptor, and a factory USB retention harness. Feature retention includes steering wheel controls with phone button support, factory reverse camera retention (if equipped), and factory USB input retention. Factory amplifier and vehicle menu retention are not supported. The AKHY12 suits Hyundai Tucson 2017-2018 vehicles with factory navigation only.

This kit does not support Pioneer CAN Bus features. For Pioneer head unit installations, instead of selecting CAN Bus Adapter at boot-up, go to the Menu and select Steering Wheel Control then With Adapter. Feature retention is radio dependent. The head unit ISO harness is not included; the Aerpro APP8 Head Unit Secondary ISO Harness is recommended and sold separately.
