The XPLT28W was designed to compliment our affordable XPLM midbass drivers and deliver uncompromising sound quality at high listening levels for those of us that like it loud! We recommend using the XPLT28W with our passive crossover XUSTX6/8 with either XPLT6 or XPLT8 midbass drivers. For those who intend to run fully active systems, we suggest a starting crossover point around 2.5 – 3k with 6 or 12dB slope.
